The focus of my professional work has been on the life sciences industry and on international commercial contracts. As external attorney for numerous clients, from biotech start-ups to global pharmaceutical companies, and through my in-house position as General Counsel, I have gained a deep understanding of the life sciences industry, its specific interests and legal needs. I received law degrees and hold bar admissions both in the United States and Germany. For 20+ years I have been supporting international business projects and cross-border transactions, and I have practiced in law firms in both jurisdictions.
