Life Sciences
I provide advice to pharmaceutical, biotech-, medtech- and other companies and entrepreneurs in the life sciences industry on all industry specific legal matters starting from early drug discovery projects and feasibility studies, through the research and development stage, including clinical development, to commercialization of candidates and products, including licensing, manufacturing and marketing of therapeutics, diagnostics and medical devices.
International Contracts
Commercial contracts are my daily business. I draft, review and negotiate agreements for my clients' business, especially for international activities, projects and transactions. I support in translating different legal concepts into reliable contracts, thus reducing negotiation time and risk of mismatch.
External Legal Department
An appropriate scale of legal support - yet at the highest professional level - is key especially for start-ups, early-stage and small to midsized businesses. I provide advice and support as "external legal department" regarding the proper scope and content of legal support for your business, and in all daily legal matters including organization and processes, IP-protection, drafting of contract templates, and legal risk management.
No one knows everything. Outside of my own expertise, e.g. for tax matters, for patent application and defense, and for regulatory matters, I am supported by a network of excellent legal and interdisciplinary experts.
